These terms govern the use of our website and the commercial relationship between Tajded and its clients. Read carefully — your engagement with us indicates acceptance.

Definitions
In these Terms, "Tajded", "we", "us", "our" refer to Tajded Alebticarat Trading Est. (مؤسسة تجديد الابتكارات للتجارة). "You", "your", "Client" refers to the natural or legal person engaging with our website or services.
Use of website
You may use our website to review information, request quotes, and contact us. You agree not to: misuse, attack, scrape, or reverse-engineer the website; use it for unlawful purposes; or impersonate any person or entity.
Quotes & orders
Quotes are valid for the period stated on the document (typically 30 days) and may be revised based on changes in cost, scope, or availability. Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of a signed purchase order or written acceptance, plus any required deposit.
Prices & payment
Prices are in Saudi Riyals (SAR) unless stated otherwise and exclude VAT, customs duties, and shipping unless specified. Payment terms are stated on the quote — typical terms are 50% deposit, 50% on delivery or as milestones.
Delivery & risk
Delivery dates are estimates given in good faith but are not guaranteed unless a "time of the essence" clause is specifically agreed in writing. Risk passes to the Client upon delivery to the agreed location; title passes upon full payment.
Warranties
Our products carry manufacturer warranties of varying terms; warranty periods and exclusions are stated in product documentation or quotes. Our installation and engineering services are warranted for a period of 12 months from operational handover against defects in workmanship.
Liability
Except for death, personal injury, or fraud, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the contract value of the specific deliverable to which the claim relates. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or business losses.
Intellectual property
All website content, including design, copy, photography, and the Tajded name and logo, are the property of Tajded and protected by applicable IP laws. Brand names referenced are the property of their respective owners.
Confidentiality
Information exchanged during quotes, design, and engagement that is marked or reasonably understood to be confidential will be treated as such by both parties for the duration of the engagement and three years thereafter.
Force majeure
Neither party is liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, civil unrest, supply-chain disruption, government action, or pandemics.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably will be referred to arbitration under the rules of the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration (SCCA), seated in Riyadh, in English.
General
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver. These Terms, together with any signed quote or contract, constitute the entire agreement between the parties.
